Chicago widow outraged after husband's death

Marian Anderson was outraged after learning that her husband was killed this past week by a man who was on parole from a reckless homicide conviction.

For the second time, Brian Dozier, 52, was charged with reckless homicide. He was given a $2,000,000 bond on Sunday.

Anderson was watching TV last Thursday morning when she learned about the accident that killed her husband.

Anderson had said goodbye to her husband that morning when he left for work. Anderson knew something was wrong when she received a call from her husband's employer. He was always on time and when co-workers didn't see his car in the lot, they called Anerson.

She went back to look at the video on TV and realized it was her husband's car in the accident.

Fred Anderson died instantly. Dozier caused a chain reaction which lead to an 8 car pile up on Cicero Ave in Crestwood. According to authorities, Dozier was driving too fast and was under the influence.

Marian Anderson and her family are outraged. "This man was not supposed to be on the street. He was in the wrong place. He was supposed to be in jail."

Dozier, after serving two years of a six year sentence for a reckless homicide conviction, was released on parole in 2008. He was responsible for an accident that killed a 28 year old woman.
